I Keep On Getting Reminded Israel Is Not The United States

Was walking past the park in Tel Aviv and the local SPCA had hijacked a couple of benches to hand out fliers. Only, one of the benches was taken up by a large cardboard box filled with puppies. Apparently, any passer-by could adopt a puppy, on the spot, by giving a cash donation. A few yards down they had older dogs tethered to the fence for adoption as well.

WTF.

I think this is perfect for lazy people who want to adopt.
